
Peyton is an associate attorney at McHard Anderson, PLLC, where his practice focuses on bad faith insurance disputes, business and contractual litigation, and termite litigation, among any and all other civil matters. He has represented clients through all stages of litigation and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to resolving complex disputes.
Peyton graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in May 2025. While in law school, he served as the Internal Vice Chair of the Moot Court Board, President of the Business Law Society, and served as a Dean’s Ambassador. Before attending law school, Peyton earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Mississippi College and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Jones County Junior College.
In addition to his academic and professional accomplishments, Peyton has a strong background in athletics. He was a member of the Mississippi College soccer team and previously served as captain of the soccer team at Jones County Junior College. His experience in competitive athletics helped shape the discipline, preparation, and team-oriented approach he brings to his legal practice.
Outside of the office, Peyton enjoys spending time and traveling with his fiancée, golfing, and watching soccer and basketball.
